What You'll Be Doing
* Lead by example and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
* Keep the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory and stock management.
* Train, develop, and support a motivated, high‐performing team.
* Manage key metrics including labour, COGS, and venue performance.
* Take ownership of venue P&L.
Who We're Looking For
* Experienced leaders from hospitality or retail (bonus points for QSR experience).
