About the Role
We\'re seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Studio Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, communications and in-studio support. You\'ll be the first point of contact for families and staff, while also keeping our systems, enrolments and studio operations running seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily studio operations (onsite Mon–Thurs onsite - from home Fridays)
- Responding to enquiries across email, phone and social media
- Managing enrolments, class administration, waitlists, term administration and our CRM platform.
- Creating newsletters, studio communications and social media content
- Supporting teachers and families at the studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Maintaining a current Working with Children Check
- Updating studio policy and procedures
- Providing administration and logistics support for concerts and performances
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are highly technically proficient, extremely well organised, solution-focused, a people person and able to work independently and within a dynamic, community-focused environment.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
We\'d love you to bring:
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of administration and customer service experience
- Excellent technical proficiency
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and across digital platforms
- The ability to problem-solve and use initiative
- Confidence working with CRMs, studio software, Canva, Google Drive and Trello
- Experience with ClassManager/MyStudio or similar dance studio management software
- The ability to fully commit to all onsite in-studio hours (3.30pm - 7pm/8pm Monday - Thursday) 40 weeks of the year
- Proven experience in a child focused performing arts or community organisation (highly regarded)
- Dance teaching experience (highly regarded)

Award classification: Fitness Industry Award, Level 4 (depending on qualifications)
