Job Description
As a highly influential leader, you will play a key role in making a positive impact on both the internal and external teams. You will be part of the growth of the national business.
You will manage on-site works of projects from initial site set up to completion, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.
Oversee the project site, plant & equipment are maintained and in working order.
Effectively control costs and run projects to meet deadlines.
Coordinate direct labour, labour-hire, and subcontractors.
Liaise with Supervisors to ensure efficient delegation of work activities.
Manage relationships with internal teams including HSEQ, engineering, procurement.
Complete project progress reporting and weekly meetings.
Provide advice on technical issues as required.
Drive problem-solving and lead innovative solutions.
About You
* Previous experience in construction remediation projects is essential.
* You must be a team player with solid negotiation and influencing skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage deadlines is crucial.
* Strong communication skills and previous leadership experience are necessary.
* You should have expertise in site management, delivery, budgeting, stakeholder, and subcontractor management, documentation, and approvals.
Requirements
* A Police Clearance due to Defence site projects is mandatory.
* A White Card is required.
* A Driver's Licence is necessary.
