Marketing Professional Role
We are seeking a Marketing and Content Executive to oversee the day-to-day marketing for our brand. This individual will work closely with business leaders and an international marketing team.
The successful candidate will manage content, campaigns, and communication that engage partners in the lead up to next year's major event and beyond. They will be based in Melbourne on a 4-day work week, suitable for hands-on marketers who enjoy writing, content creation, and working across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the marketing calendar for the Australian market
* Update the website, event pages, banners, and digital assets
* Plan and deliver social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Develop and send EDMs and newsletters to engage existing databases
* Segment audiences and tailor messaging for exhibitors, retailers, partners, and media
* Collaborate with China-based marketing teams to align campaign activity and assets
* Support expo build-up, including content for speaker announcements and exhibitor promotions
* Track and report on campaign performance and engagement across key channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
* Around 3–6 years' experience in marketing, communications, or content roles
* Strong written English with the ability to write for senior commercial audiences
* Mandarin or bilingual communication skills highly regarded
* Experience in retail, consumer products, wholesale, luxury, or retail technology ideal
* Confident managing social, email, and website content
* Comfortable working with international stakeholders and time zones
