Your Role

The role is responsible for scheduling high volume customer orders through to production, from initial contact. The position plays a key part in ensuring accurate information flows through various departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements. Duties require you to:

* Manage customer orders, including taking call-ups and preparing production paperwork
* Create quotes and estimates for customers.
* Ensure outsourced items are ordered and delivered on time.
* Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on order status.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal databases and order information.
* Timely and accurate preparation of production paperwork and ordering of outsourced products.
* Meeting customer timelines through effective communication and coordination.


Other Details

This role is on-site, full-time permanent. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5pm and remuneration guide is $80 - $85K + Super. Pre-employment medicals and clearances are required.


About You

* Sound experience in reading site plans, specifications, and standards, and use them to create accurate quotations.
* Positive, confident, driven with a can-do attitude
* High accuracy in quotations and production information to ensure products are manufactured correctly.
* Organised, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Experienced using email, Word, Excel, and other software as needed.
* Understands the basics of manufacturing and installations, preferably of aluminium windows, doors, or screens.
* General understanding of office and purchasing procedures.
* Customer-focused, energetic, and able to build positive relationships.
