YOUR ROLE
Being mentored by a top-notch Partner in the winning Wills/Estates Team (of 3) you will relish the challenge & variety of both front-end (advisory) and back-end (dispute resolution/litigation) including:
* Estate/succession planning issues;
* Testamentary trusts/asset protection
* Wills/powers of attorney
* Probate and administration of estates
* Incidental tax/superannuation issues;
* Contested wills/estates litigation (Family Provision Act claims).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are admitted as a solicitor in NSW;
* have minimum 12 months' experience as a lawyer with experience in estates/succession law (preferably with both advisory+litigation experience);
* have solid technical legal knowledge/skills in wills & estates/succession law+ strong research/drafting/negotiation/client management skills;
* are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
* are willing to participate in the firm's marketing/business development activities to further bolster the existing flourishing practice.
