* $33.22 per hour + casual loading + 12% superannuation
Your part in the Community Sales team
The Administration Officer – Sales Support role is key to BlueCare continuing to support new customer growth in the Home Care Package space. The role is responsible in methodically process new admissions through the BlueCare suite of operating systems to provide a seamless transition along the customer journey to service delivery. You will be responsible for:
* Manage inbound enquiries from sources such as events, Neighbourhoods and referrals
* Articulate an understanding of funding model options
* Assist sales team with booking and managing events including liaising with external companies and managing budgets for events
* Co-ordination of suppliers and stock for events
* Facilitate customer contact within KPI timeframes
* Direct engagement with internal staff and stakeholders around customer onboarding
What makes a difference for us
* Experience in a similar role in a government funded services industry
* Utilise and maintain relevant sales tools to clearly demonstrate the health of the sales pipeline
* Excellent communication skills including rational data lead investigations
* Well-developed decision making & analytical skills with proven ability to self-manage and prioritise workload.
* Ability to adhere to existing and developing process changes in line with funding/legislative change
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating a developed customer journey aligned to meet customer expectation to assist in the coordination of a community-based service or client care.
