Join our busy waterfront restaurant & bar with stunning river views! We’re seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our FOH team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your role includes:
Leading & engaging the FOH team
Delivering excellent customer service
Managing bookings & floor operations
Monitoring & achieving KPIs (labour, sales, customer spend, covers)
Stock ordering & control
Training & developing staff
Handling customer enquiries & issues
