Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences and love working in a vibrant, community-focused environment? The City of Coffs Harbour is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead frontline operations across our pool facilities.
About the role
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our pool facilities running smoothly and ensuring every visitor has a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. In this role, you will:
- Supervise and support casual customer service staff
- Manage bookings, kiosk sales, and reception operations
- Deliver friendly, accurate service to pool patrons
- Support pool programs, events, and day-to-day operations
Please note: this role operates across 7 days, being Monday to Sunday. Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays will attract shift penalties.

About you
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of hands-on customer service experience, strong admin skills, and the right certifications, including:
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence
- Strong admin and cash handling skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to community service

- Market-competitive salary from around $70K, depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
- Temporary Full-Time position of 38 hours per week until 30 June 2026
