We're seeking an Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to join our team. In this impactful role, you'll work closely with our Operations teams across Victoria to champion inclusive practices, support children with additional needs, and ensure every child can safely participate and thrive in our programs. You’ll be a key leader in driving child-centred practice, supporting our teams on the ground, and ensuring strong compliance across inclusion and funding processes. What You'll Do: Lead Inclusion & Practice: Partner with families and teams to develop Individual Support Plans and embed strong, child-centred inclusion strategies. Manage Complex Cases: Oversee medical and behavioural needs (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy), ensuring safe, compliant processes are in place. Funding & Compliance: Manage funding applications (BA & VAC), conduct audits, and ensure alignment between funding, documentation, and service delivery. Support Field Teams: Coach and support Regional Managers and service teams, assisting with inclusion strategies, service improvement, and escalations. Systems & Workflow: Manage inclusion tracking, casework, and communication channels, ensuring timely and organised processes. Collaboration: Work closely with families, internal teams, and external professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
