Maintenance Electrical Technician
We are seeking a skilled technician to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems, as well as experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
The role involves maintaining machines, equipment, and facilities in compliance with health and safety regulations, company standards, and procedures.
The technician will perform regular inspections, check parameters, detect and replace worn parts, and request necessary spare parts or technical support from suppliers.
Additionally, the technician will execute emergency repairs to restore machine and equipment functionality during breakdowns or failures.
The successful candidate will also assist external suppliers during inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.
Furthermore, the technician will maintain records of maintenance activities to monitor equipment lifespan and spare parts.
The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems.
2. Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM).
3. Understanding of WCM standards.
4. Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
