Merri Aluminium & Auto Doors is a locally owned business supplying and installing aluminium windows, doors, screens, glazing and automatic door solutions. We're seeking a reliable, proactive Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our Financial Controller with day-to-day accounts and admin.
What you'll be doing
* Customer invoicing and accounts support (AR/AP data entry)
* Banking support and assistance with reconciliations
* Filing and maintaining job/financial paperwork (electronic + paper)
* Pricing updates and checking supplier price lists
* General admin support across the team
* Using Ostendo, Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office
* Training will be provided for Ostendo software
What we're looking for
* Experience in accounts admin/bookkeeping (or similar)
* Minimum 1-2 years of accounts administration or bookkeeping experience
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Confident with accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar), Excel/Word and Google Workspace
* Organised, trustworthy, and able to manage priorities
* Friendly team player with clear communication
* Australian work rights required (all legally eligible candidates welcome)
Hours
* 3 days per week, 5 hours per day (15 hours/week)
* Days negotiable
* Based in Warrnambool
