We are casting for an Assistant Beverage and Bars Manager to lead beverage operations in our B&F outlets. Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role presents an opportunity to contribute to the world's largest W Hotel.
The primary responsibility is to drive vision by developing service strategies, team culture and operational excellence that reflect the luxury positioning of the venue.
 * Work with the Beverage and Bars Manager and leadership team to curate beverage program and lists based on concepts and market trends
 * Understand beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory
 * Manage compliance with all local, state, and Federal beverage and liquor laws
 * Train and develop B&F talent throughout the hotel, overseeing consistency and quality of beverage delivery
 * Display hands-on leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations
 * Manage service delivery in outlets to ensure excellent service from point of entry to departure
