About the role Join the team at Baker Motors as a full-time Parts Interpreter, based in Albury, NSW 2640. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately interpreting customer enquiries and efficiently locating and retrieving the correct automotive parts to meet their needs.
What you'll be doing Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer requirements and quickly identifying the appropriate parts Utilise your extensive product knowledge to offer recommendations and solutions to customers Accurately process orders and maintain detailed inventory records Collaborate with the team to ensure parts are readily available and replenished as needed Support the wider workshop operations by facilitating the timely delivery of parts Contribute to the continuous improvement of parts department processes and procedures What we're looking for Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter or similar role in an automotive parts environment Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify the right parts Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with customers and colleagues Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments What we offer At Baker Motors, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
