Senior Butcher Position
Our organization is currently seeking an experienced and skilled senior butcher to lead our team in a wholesale meat company.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide on-job training for junior staff members
* Work effectively in a fast-paced cold storage environment with varied temperatures
* Comply with early start schedules and have lunchtime finishes
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Portion cutting experience in the butchery industry
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a butcher
* Previous experience working in food service production environments
* Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
* Excellent communication skills, with fluent English reading and speaking abilities
* Able to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
