Exciting Opportunity: Site Supervisor – Residential Homebuilder | NW Sydney
We're looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to join our client's expanding team in the North West Sydney area.

What you'll be doing
Oversee about 15 residential projects concurrently, from slab through to handover
Ensure exceptional standards of quality and performance across all subcontractors and trades
Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, driving projects to stay on time and on budget
Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on every site
What we're looking for
Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly valued
At least 12 months' supervisory experience with a stable career history
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and professional presentation
Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
Education: Cert IV in Building & Construction (or related degree preferred)
