What We Offer:
* Structured 12-month Graduate Program to build your confidence, clinical capability, and career direction
* Weekly 1:1 supervision with your Team Leader and group clinical supervision with senior clinicians
* Graduate Program Officer (a recent grad) to guide you through your first 12 weeks

* Caseloads tailored to your interests, location, and experience level – with a gradual increase in billable hours
* $5,000 annual professional development allowance, 2 days paid study leave, and quarterly recognition rewards
* Approx. $5,000 annual travel allowance, annual leave loading, and full administrative support
* Flexible work options: clinic, home-based, or community
* Newly renovated clinic with 12 consulting rooms including a sensory room, your own desk, laptop, and iPhone

What Your Week Looks Like:
* Your first month is designed to ease you into practice and build confidence:
* 12-week orientation with shadowing, soft skill development, and tailored group supervision for graduates
* Week 1: no KPIs or billables, focused on observation and learning
* Caseload capped at 15 clients for the first month
* Weekly sessions with your Graduate Program Officer and ongoing guidance from your Team Leader
* Structured progression of client load and billables, with intake and billing support teams to reduce administrative load
Billable expectations increase gradually:
* Months 3–5: 4 hours per day
* Months 6–12: 5 hours per day
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
* Registration (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia
* Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Driver's license and access to your own vehicle
* A passion for collaborative practice, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality client care
