We are working with a well-established insurance building company delivering high-quality repair and restoration projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced or up-and-coming Estimator to join their team.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating insurance-related building works across residential properties.
* Conduct on-site assessments and scope works
* Prepare estimates using internal software (full training provided)
* Manage approximately 5–6 jobs per day
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams
* Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
This role is primarily site-based, with 1–2 days per week in the office.
About You
* Experience in estimating, construction, or trade background (carpentry/building highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs
* Confident communicator with good organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
* Based in Brisbane or Gold Coast
