About the business

Delta Panels is a family-owned business which has grown to be at the forefront in the manufacture and supply of high-quality insulated panel systems.

The company continues to grow and is now looking for Administrators & Customer Services to assist with meeting demands. The position is Full-time with an immediate start.

About the role

Assist with provision of a full range of administrative responsibilities.

As an Administrator & Customer Service, you will be part of a small team and some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

* Process orders under strict deadlines through accounting software
* Communicate with customers to track orders and keep communications open where orders have discrepancies
* Assist with managing order schedule and collaborate with other departments for effective production/despatch date of orders
* Assist with processing claims from customers
* Liaise with customers to communicate findings and provide updates on claim resolution

Organize and coordinate product remakes, reworks, or credits as required
- Evaluate all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms and inform management for all incomplete orders and verify client information to deliver product efficiently
- Provide a friendly customer-oriented service when dealing with telephone enquiries and in-person encounters with customers
- Provide general administrative services and correspondence
- Assist with provision of effective and efficient administration of documents and support to Managers and fellow employees
- Ad hoc duties

Skills and experience

* High attention to details
* Experience in data entry
* Time management
* Excellent communication skills, phone manner, verbal and written
* Excellent computer literacy skills – Microsoft, Accounting software etc

* Ability to work under limited supervision and meet data entry deadlines

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers
* Highly motivated and the ability to work well in a team environment
* Experience in using MYOB Account right not essential but will be an advantage
