\Abstract Quantum Partnership Manager Role Available
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a key role in advancing Western Australia's position in the national and global quantum landscape.
Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage R&D partnerships, industry and government collaborations, and initiatives that elevate Western Australia's role in the national and global quantum ecosystem.
\
2. Act as a liaison between academia, industry, and policymakers to promote quantum technology adoption, secure funding, support student internships, and build a collaborative quantum community.
\
3. Hold a full-time appointment on a fixed-term basis for two years.
\
4. Play a key role in advancing Western Australia's position in the national and global quantum landscape.
\
5. Develop and manage academic partnership programs, including securing funding. Experience partnering with industry and/or government to deliver projects with mutually beneficial outcomes is essential.
\
6. Strong financial management skills and literacy, including experience developing budgets and controlling income and expenditure, are also required.
\
7. You should have relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
\
8. You must have substantial and extensive relevant experience in business development, partnership management, and industry engagement across industry, academia, or government.
\
\
9. Experience in managing and implementing strategic initiatives, building relationships, and driving business growth.
\
10. Ability to think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and drive change.
\
11. Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
\
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
13. Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
\
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
\
15. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
\
16. Flexibility in working arrangements is available.
\
17. Our benefits include 26 weeks paid parental leave after one year of service and 36 weeks after five years continuous service, regardless of gender.
