Expert Solutions Specialist
This role entails collaborating with cutting-edge procurement software platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, or similar, to drive digital transformation in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver impactful solution presentations and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to uncover business objectives and pain points.
* Translate customer needs into compelling proposal solutions highlighting ROI and business value.
* Manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations with precision.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Source-to-Pay processes, procurement best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales roles within SaaS, preferably in the Procurement/S2P/P2P/Spend Management domain.
* A deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, and invoicing automation is essential.
* Background: Previous experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, or similar platforms is highly beneficial.
* Strong storytelling, presentation, and demo skills with the ability to engage senior executives (CPO, CFO, CIO) are required.
