We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of the Services Agreement for a diverse portfolio in QLD and NT. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to meet contractual KPIs, maintain financial targets, and promote exceptional customer service—driving a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and safety.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, solutions-focused, and adaptable with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily operations, acting as the main contact for the client, BGIS Operations Centre, and vendors.- Monitor and manage service requests and work orders through the CMMS, ensuring compliance with KPIs and maintaining accurate records.- Review, verify, and approve payment claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms.- Support reactive maintenance and minor works with effective resource coordination and contract adherence.- Ensure compliance with BGIS’s HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures.- Maintain documentation and support sustainability initiatives.- Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and track actions.- Promote safety, risk management, and strong supplier relationships.Education, Experience & SkillsEssential:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management or a related field- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CMMS software- Understanding of QA, OH&S, and environmental systemsDesirable:- Industry recognised qualification in Facilities or Project Management- Experience coordinating services across multiple sites- Exposure to sustainability or risk reporting initiativesWorkplace FlexibilityTo support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site at our Brisbane office.
