Job Description
We are expanding our Positive Behaviour Support team and are looking for experienced practitioners eager to make a difference and uphold best practices. The role requires expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will support NDIS participants (location-dependent) in areas including Campbelltown, Prestons, Minto, Ingleburn, Casula, Liverpool, and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities
- Assist NDIS participants and their support networks through assessment and person-centered planning.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support environment.
- Create meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework, aiming to eliminate restrictive practices.
- Ensure plans reflect participants' passions, strengths, and goals, enhancing their quality of life.
- Build the capacity of support networks, including family and carers.
- Act as an advocate and role model for best practices.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Core level, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Extensive experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Degree qualification as an allied health professional.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive, motivated by improvement, and open to new ideas.
- Passionate about working in the disability sector.
- Solution-focused, highly organized, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
