About the Role
As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of hotel operations from driving profitability and achieving EBITDA targets to maintaining the highest guest service standards. You'll lead with energy, foster strong relationships with owners and stakeholders, and champion a culture of excellence across every department.
Your Key Focus:
* Lead strategic plans to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Oversee daily operations, budgets, and workforce planning.
* Drive improvements across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
* Maintain exceptional property presentation, including Food & Beverage.
* Build strong relationships with Body Corporate and external partners.
* Monitor guest feedback and ensure outstanding service delivery.
About You:
* 5+ years' senior hotel/hospitality management experience.
* Proven success in operational leadership and financial performance.
* Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in strata and Body Corporate management (advantage).
* Proficiency in hotel management systems and P&L analysis.
