But did you know we have 23 divisions, 135 sites nationally, employ nearly 3000 people and operate a fleet of over 2300!
We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

About the Role
As a JJ's HR Truck Driver, you will operate a waste collection vehicle from the Hobart depot.
On a day-to-day basis, this role will require you to service multiple customer sites. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
You will enjoy family friendly hours, as well as great pay rates - particularly for those interested in overtime or additional work on weekends!
Early starts (between 4-6am) and early finishes.
If you've got your HR licence (and driving experience), we can teach you the rest!
About You
Current HR license and driving experience
Side arm, rear lift, RORO, hook lift, tanker or front lift truck experience is preferred (however, full training will be provided)
Must be able to structure runs and have an excellent rapport with customers
Commit to JJ's Waste values and be willing to embrace workplace diversity
Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance
Be subject to a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing
