East To West Plant Services is a leading provider in the civil construction industry, delivering safe and reliable labour, plant, and equipment solutions across major projects. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resource Allocator to join our growing team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Resource Allocator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient allocation and coordination of labour, plant, and equipment across multiple projects. You'll be responsible for scheduling staff, managing timesheets, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with workplace regulations, while supporting smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate labour and equipment in line with operational priorities.
* Assist with recruitment coordination and rostering to meet project timelines.
* Manage leave requests and staff availability to maintain coverage.
* Process timesheets, dockets, and maintain accurate allocation records.
* Coordinate subcontractor bookings and issue purchase orders.
* Support supervisors and site teams with daily operational requirements.
* Troubleshoot scheduling system issues and manage employee setup on project platforms.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, fatigue management, and certification requirements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
* Knowledge of civil construction operations, plant, and equipment.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in digital platforms for scheduling and reporting.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* White Card (mandatory).
* Valid Australian working rights (regular VEVO checks apply).
