The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Bakery and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a correctional setting and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise prisoner employees in food preparation, production, and distribution.
* Maintain adequate supply of produce and equipment.
* Ensure prisoner employees meet personal hygiene industry standards.
* Report any equipment breakages or tool discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Comply with Occupational Health and Safety and EEO/WGEA requirements.
* Work as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
* National Criminal History Check clearance.
* Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
* Ability to work in a correctional setting.
