We are seeking a motivated Level 1–2 Social Worker to join the Rankin Park Centre Social Work team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a social worker looking to build skills and experience within rehabilitation-focused practice in a supportive health setting. About The Role In this role, you will provide rehabilitation-focused social work services, supporting patients, their families, and communities to access community-based care, Aged Care services, and the NDIS. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to rotate across clinical areas, allowing you to develop your social work practice across a range of rehabilitation settings. Why join us? The Successful Applicant Will Be Familiar and comfortable working in rehabilitation, hospital, and health environments Adaptable, flexible, and keen to learn across multiple clinical settings and practice areas Motivated, collaborative, and committed to person-centred care Requirements Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
