* Collaborate with other teams to ensure strategic alignment and identify opportunities to advance shared objectives as part of a One Organization approach
* Communicate with partners to coordinate engagement and uplift of efforts at significant events and meetings
* Lead internal partner landscape reviews, flagging capacity gaps and recommending resourcing shifts as administrative demands grow
* Work with the Senior Manager to update and refine the Nature Positive Solutions Strategy and Body of Work
* Engage in systems mapping, landscape assessments, and other exercises to ensure the Nature Positive Solutions Strategy reflects the latest science and thinking, and avoids duplication of existing efforts
* Support the development of new projects under the Nature Positive Solutions Body of Work, including development of project theory-of-change and ensuring alignment with overall strategy
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* An undergraduate degree in climate science, international development, or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in climate policy or nature conservation or sustainable development program development in the land use sector (forestry, agriculture)

* Experience with grant making processes, including drafting TORs, program descriptions, and tracking budgets and grant milestones
* Understanding of land use, conservation, and climate issues in Australia and internationally, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling content against deadlines
* Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging stakeholders in the climate and conservation space
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and sound political and reputational judgement
