**Quality Assurance Specialist**

**Base salary range of $108,494 - $116,838 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**About the role**
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for building and implementing quality assurance frameworks and strategies to enhance Student Services products, processes and people capabilities including the provision of specialist advice to ensure ongoing effectiveness in meeting compliance and contractual requirements.
You’ll design and incorporate appropriate risk management steps and escalation processes into quality assurance programs to ensure optimal operational and student experience effectiveness. You’ll perform quality assurance activities including planning, executing and overseeing the sampling, checking, tracking and monitoring to proactively identify gaps, risks and issues in adherence to Quality Assurance frameworks, policies and procedures.
