Key Responsibilities:

* Leading workshops, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements that drive results
* Ensuring solutions align with outcomes and are backed by the right people and processes
* Contributing to major sales proposals and bids with clarity and insight
* Publishing thought leadership that showcases expertise and builds market credibility
* Managing and mentoring a diverse team of consultants within your practice area
* Owning revenue targets and delivery KPIs, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and efficiency
Requirements:
* At least 10 years in consulting or a relevant specialism (Agile, IT Strategy, Technology Advisory, Digital Strategy, customer experience, etc.)
* Proven ability to lead strategic conversations and translate them into actionable plans
* Strong financial and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* A track record of delivering transformation programmes
