Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service team and Site Management.
* Support the Finance and Accounts Team in achieving their objectives.
* Coordinate maintenance tasks across multiple services and contracts, ensuring the successful completion of tasks within the CMMS systems.
* Maintain accurate records and data pertaining to assets and maintenance.
* Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desk, and updating tasks as required.
* Closing out work orders, enter close off number & perform necessary checks to move PO to Approved by Team leader status.
* Liaise with technicians day-to-day to ensure SLA performance is to KPI.
Key Responsibilities:
* General knowledge of maintenance activities.
* High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new programs.
