Miss Chow's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House
team and deliver best-in-class service to our guests.
About the Role
You'll be the driving force of our restaurant operations, working closely with the Head Chef
to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH. From managing reservations, guest
experience, and team performance to ensuring a high standard of service, ambience, and
safety – you'll lead by example with enthusiasm, calm, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily FOH operations
* Deliver superb guest experiences and manage feedback
* Lead, train, and motivate staff
* Manage rosters, stock, and venue presentation
* Ensure financial accuracy, cost controls, and KPI reporting
* Uphold health and safety standards
* About You
* Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Events (or equivalent)
* 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar setting in Australia
* Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
* Confident multitasker with a calm, proactive attitude
* RSA and Approved Manager's qualifications required
