As the Marketing Coordinator, based on the Gold Coast, you will support our Accor Apartments & Realty Business Unit by assisting hotel properties with the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives. You will play a key part in promoting and championing our portfolio's hotel brands, ensuring alignment with our business goals and driving impactful results.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing marketing and loyalty projects as directed by senior leadership, contributing to brand visibility and customer engagement
- Support the creation and rollout of marketing strategies across Accor Apartments & Realty, aimed at boosting brand awareness, driving direct bookings, and enhancing loyalty contributions
- Manage activities across various channels, including CRM, digital, and social platforms, to maximize engagement through sales promotions, sponsorships, and loyalty programs
- Assist the Director of Hotel Marketing and Marketing Manager with daily operations
- Increase brand visibility by leveraging Accor's loyalty levers, including ALL - Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and monitor campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and align with global strategies
Skills and Experience
- Qualification in business related discipline (marketing desirable)
- Proven experience within marketing, preferably within hospitality
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing software and tools, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Adobe Suite and other graphic design programs
