Must have FIFO-site administration experience working on mining projects

What you will be doing
In this role, you will assist with organising and coordinating daily operational administrative activities, mobilise personnel to site, and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operational requirements of the site office, which would include:
Providing administrative support to site management and other departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Maintaining records and files, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
Liaising with clients and contractors to coordinate site access.
Assisting the recruitment and onboarding team with site clearances for personnel mobilisation.
Coordinating flights and accommodation bookings.
Raising purchase orders and receipting invoices.
Assisting payroll with timesheet accuracy.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this busy, integral position, you will need:
Strong experience as a FIFO Site Administrator working in mining projects.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
High versatility and flexibility in your teamwork and approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry organisational software.
Ability to perform and complete a pre-employment medical.
Ability to provide National Police Clearance.
Current & valid driver's licence.
