Your new role as a Finance Officer
Leveraging your previous experience in a similar role, you will play a key role in our finance team to provide end-to-end Accounts Payable functions.
Your collaborative and personable persona will be key to your success as you undertake timely and accurate processing of creditor payments and reimbursements whilst supporting key stakeholders with a customer focused mindset.
You will also work closely with the Director of Finance and Senior Accountant to deliver end of month accounts, prepare bank reconciliations and complete adhoc analysis. There is plenty of opportunity to be involved in more complex finance tasks for further growth and development once settled into the role.
Essential criteria
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a financial environment
* Demonstrated experience in accounts payable within a complex organisation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
* High level computer literacy including intermediate excel capability
* National Police Check (no more than 3 months old) and Working-With-Children Check required
Desirable criteria
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Accounting software
