TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Technical Development Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, both e-learning and trainer‐led sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Improvement: Apply a systematic process for analyzing human performance gaps and closing them.
  • Instructional Design: Design and develop informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
  • Evaluation of Learning Impact: Use learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions.
  • Business Management Using Global Mindset: Use concepts, principles, and tools in working with stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Administrative Expert: Ability to understand and implement policies, procedures and processes that relate to the division plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Robust presentation skillsAbility to build strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business and seek out diverse, innovative learning solutions
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Proficiency in designing learning content and implementing effective training and development
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
