**How will I help?**

This role sits within the Group Accountability Team. We partner with key stakeholders across the Group to embed accountability within our culture - ultimately helping employees to be transparent on their roles and make more efficient and effective decisions.
The purpose of the Accountability Operations Lead role is to help deliver on the strategic commitments that are shifting the way we operate across 3 pillars:
1. Direction and tone set by the Board and Group Executive
2. Clear risk boundaries for decision making
3. Accountable and empowered people
Your role will include:
- Taking the lead on designing, implementing, and monitoring new ways of working within Group Accountability, optimising current processes or templates as required
- Frequent stakeholder management in order to successfully deliver on optimisation and reporting deliverables
- Continuing to embed Statements of Accountability into the way we work
- Leading the quality and maintenance of our Statements of Accountability
- Being the primary conduit for enquiries into Group Accountability - escalating as appropriate

**What do I need?**
- You will bring a diverse skill set, spanning problem solving, creative thinking and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel
- Ability to set and work to deadlines often helping stakeholders to also meet those deadlines
- You need the ability to identify when items need to be escalated for further review and the insight to know who to escalate to
