The role also has responsibility for some aspects of group reporting, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and special projects as required.A Day in the life:Adherence to the Group accounting policies and proceduresDemonstrate proficiency with using Oracle ERP and support the Finance team with system operationsDaily bank reconciliationWeekly cash flow forecasting reported to the Head of FinanceMonthly cash flow reporting for ELT reportingWork with AR to track and reconcile debt factoringCalculate and organize weekly repayment of debt factoringEnsure timely completion of treasury packs within SaphirAssist in addressing queries from Group regarding cash flow and debt factoringUnderstand fixed asset costs and depreciation to explain margin variancesAssist with fixed asset register (FAR) maintenanceUse Fusion software to identify disposalsAbout you:Demonstrated accounting experienceDegree qualifiedCPA or CA qualified or nearing completionAbility to summarize complex data and provide analysisAttention to detailAdvanced Excel skillsWhy join JCDecaux:Your wellbeing, health, and safety are our top priority.
