Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Divisional Recruitment Manager on a Non Ongoing contract for 12 months.
Position Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordination of Divisional recruitment requirements
Management of Divisional recruitment plans
Guide and implement business improvements
Develop and coordinate specialist recruitment activities and plans:
Work with key stakeholders to identify workforce requirements
Assist in developing assessment methods that may include examples of interview questions, work samples or online assessments
Facilitate the development of appropriate recruitment selection panels and delegates
Coordination of scribing services and reference checking
Provide targeted strategic recruitment advice including assisting in the development of marketing and/or attraction strategies
Deliver recruitment focussed information and training sessions in line with best practice
Coordinate collaboration across Divisions and the wider department
Manage escalations/prioritisation or work where required
Continuously build knowledge of the organisation through engagement across the Agency to develop attraction and recruitment solutions
Provision of Divisional recruitment reporting
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
eRecruit system experience is highly desirable
Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable
Mandatory Requirements:
Baseline Security Clearance required - NV1 desirable
