**Primary Purpose**
- Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and cultivating new opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Property Manager you will provide property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets by:
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
- Working with the team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
- Proactively advises customers of any impending delivery issues and devises strategies to minimize adverse customer adverse tenants' reaction.
- Resolve tenants' issues timely and effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of tenants trade agreements, ensure pricing and discounting hierarchy adherence.
- Ensure tenants requests are investigated and processed timely and in accordance with the company Policy and Procedure.
- Manage daily telephone enquiries and assist with reception relief as required.
- Work in accordance with tenants processes as devised and managed by the team leader.
- Work with the team on continuous improvement of processes.
**Key Experience and Attributes**
- Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Have local connections or can build relationships quickly
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Area a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organized with good time management skills
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
- Hold a current driver's license
- Have previous experience as a Property Manager
- Hold a sales agent rep cert
**General Knowledge**
- Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Annual Package based on experience.
- Immediate Start
- Altona Area
- One in six weekend you may be required to work 10am to 2pm (this can be paid or have time in lieu).
- 90% of Properties are in Altona, Altona North, Point cook and Werribee.
- After 3 months of employment possibility to WFH 1 day a week.
