Hamilton Island offers ours guests a wide range of accommodation styles from self contained apartments, villas and houses to 5 star luxury hotels.
HIC primarily focuses on the housekeeping, cleaning and preventative maintenance of luxury holiday homes across the island.

Where you'll make an impact
* Lead and train a team of Room Attendants
* Inspect guest rooms and suites, and resort public areas to ensure all are cleaned to our high standard
* Ensure efficient use of linen and conduct regular stocktakes
* Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance on status of all rooms and any special guest requirements
* Assist with the training, leading and rostering of housekeeping teams
* Assist with cleaning of rooms and public areas when required
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To be successful, you will need:
* Must have minimum 6-12 month experience in the same role in a 4-5* property
* Luxury housekeeping experience highly regarded
* An excellent eye for detail
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service and leadership
* Must have a open valid driver licence
