**THE TEAM**

The Strategy Team is an enterprise wide, in house strategy & consulting team that sits within the Commercial Excellence Office of CCEP.

The team consists of planning, strategy and project specialists that work on a variety of high impact projects ranging from Business Transformation, Innovation Strategy and Operating Models to corporate development initiatives including M&A.

Operating within 8-12 week project sprints, the team collaborates closely with each of CCEP's Business Units to bring independent thinking to complex problem solving, whilst partnering with external agencies on occasion (e.g. MBB) to leverage best practice.

The strategy team manages and facilitates the annual and long-range planning cycle to provide clear strategic direction and prioritisation across the beverages portfolio to achieve business outcomes and financial targets.

**THE ROLE**

This role is ideally suited to a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager looking for their next step up within a large corporate organisation.

As a Project Consultant, you will be responsible for leading programs of work to ensure it is delivered in scope, on time and within budget. You will lead, schedule and facilitate all project meetings including kick offs, stand ups, and leadership presentations and manage all documentation including statement of works, minutes, risk management plans and progress reports to offer a seamless stakeholder experience. On occasion, you may need to partner with third parties including Brand Partners (TCCC, MEC, BSI) and External Agencies (e.g. MBB, Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banks) on Innovation or M&A related projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Plan and oversee strategic advisory projects, from conception through to completion.
- Develop detailed Project Charter including objectives, scope, hypotheses, cadences, deliverables and governance.
- Identify resource requirements by managing allocation & capacity in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare a detailed workplan schedule including weekly deliverables, accountabilities and milestones.
- Application and working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Six Sigma, Waterfall or Kanban throughout the entire project execution would be highly desirable.
- Schedule and facilitate meeting cadences including kick off sessions, stakeholder interviews, ideation workshops, stand up meetings, key project milestones, working group meetings and check in's.
- Manage and oversee all incoming & outgoing project documentation including minutes, statement of works and presentations.
- Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Manage and course correct for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Design a risk mitigation plan to identify & mitigate potential risks which may impede project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, to ensure the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Take personal responsibility for stakeholder satisfaction, by correcting problems promptly and in a constructive manner, knowing when to escalate if necessary.
- Facilitate closure sessions to capture areas for improvement and bring the project to end.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project
- Complete any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Commercial Strategy.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business or Project Management related discipline (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred).
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Prior FMCG experience highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Project Management or related experience.
- A proven track record of supporting successful 'transformational' change
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (MS Project) and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma,
