Caroline K Morgan is an internationally multinational company which designs, manufactures and markets beautiful women's clothing and accessories. We specialize in both our own brands as well as private labels. We are home to some of the fastest growing fashion brands in the world. We opened our first store in 1972, since, we have become Australia's top 10 largest garment importer. Our entire mission is to dress the modern, urban woman for all of her daily needs. We have analyzed, adapted and applied the CKM concept which is the alliance between what is a quality product, with an original design and a coherent and unified mission. This has been the reason that we remain to be as successful as we are and the key to our commercial success and international prestige.

We currently have over 40 store worldwide. Our expansion continues to grow with the recent flags planted in London and Bangkok.

At present, CKMorgan employs over 500 employees Australia wide. We are a team made up of young and enthusiastic members. These are our mission statements:

About the position:

We are looking for a hard-working Accounts Assistant who will not only be able to support our senior Accountants and division but also able to assist in managing all accounting functions. The role would suit an individual with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* General Accounts and Administrative Tasks
* Data Entry
* Managing shipments
* Managing and reconciling stock transfers
* Creating and processing invoices
* End to end processing of accounts receivable
* Reconciling bank accounts, Visa and American Express– both electronically and manually
* Preparing weekly reports
* Preparing end of the month reports
* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally

* Excellent verbal and written communications and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and take on new assignments
* Excellent time management skills
* Intermediate computer skills
