The Role
We're seeking a driven, energetic Sales Representative to be the voice of our brand for Australian tradies. Your day will be filled with talking to customers, reaching out to new leads, following up on trials, and helping small business owners get real value from our AI assistant. Occasionally, you'll visit key clients locally or attend events where tradies congregate.


Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to tradies (plumbers, sparkies, HVAC, etc.)
* Follow up warm leads and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
* Hit weekly targets for calls, demos, and conversions
* Onboard new customers and fine-tune their AI Receptionist prompts as needed
* BUILD relationships and ensure clients are seeing results – this may involve visiting clients in person in the Sydney area


What We're Looking For

1. 1–3 years in sales or account management (ideally in trades, SaaS, or small business)
2. A confident communicator who enjoys phone-based selling
3. A self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
4. Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs
5. Hungry to learn, earn, and grow in a fast-moving AI startup


Benefits

Base salary & commission ($70k - $100k OTE) + Equity

Work remotely (Must be Sydney based)
