What will you do?
6. Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
7. Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross‐contamination to ensure WHS compliance and demonstrate a strong commitment to Food Safety standards
8. Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace
9. Take on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals
10. Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment, showcasing excellent food presentation skills
More About You
11. Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast‐paced environment
12. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7‐day roster including morning, day and night
13. Previous experience as a kitchenhand is preferred
14. Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain

18. Most shifts will be between 8am – 6pm, however there will be times where a 5am start will be required
