About the role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Patient Safety Officer (Health Manager Level 2) to work collaboratively within a team of Patient Safety Officers (PSOs), and the Patient Safety and Corporate Risk Manager with all site and senior Local Health District (LHD) managers to assist them to meet their patient safety and clinical risk responsibilities.
