About the Position
The college is seeking an experienced and relational Head of Secondary to oversee the secondary department. Due to the small size of the school, the role includes a reduced teaching load of no more than 50%, with teaching subjects flexible to the candidate's strengths.
The school is open to a later Term 1 or start of Term 2 commencement for the right candidate.

Faith Requirement
As a Christian school, applicants must be supportive of the school's faith ethos. Candidates will need to:
Demonstrate a strong background within a Protestant faith-based context (e.g., regular past church attendance or active involvement in Christian ministry, even if not currently attending).

Requirements
Registration: Must hold or be eligible for QCT registration
Experience: Prior leadership experience in a secondary school setting preferred
Teaching Load: Ability to teach up to 50% in any secondary subject
Faith Alignment: Must meet the school's Christian faith requirement
Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required
Safeguarding: Two current referees and completion of HARKE's onboarding and safeguarding checks
