Your part in the team

The BlueCare Residential Home Placement Services Team provides the single point of remote contact and support for prospective customers as they research and apply for Blue Care Residential Aged Care. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role of the Residential Home Placement Officer provides customers with proactive, practical and timely support from their initial Blue Care enquiry, through site tours, application and ultimately through to transitioning into a Blue Care Residential Aged Care home.

This role will ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement with Blue Care through delivering a Blue Care person-centred and consistent accounts management approach. You will:

* Provide a high level of inbound and outbound customer service
* Be able to communicate effectively to both internal and external customers - via phone, email and online
* Determine customer needs and assist to understand suitable care options
* Explain the Aged Care process in detail including the fees payable
* Follow all legislative requirements including issuing legal contracts to clients
* Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
