About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Direct Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with general administration and the coordination of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research on the advertising industry, including clients and competitors
• Schedule, coordinate and report on campaign instalments
• Assist the production team in collating materials for client advertising
• Liaise with existing clients and deal with incoming enquiries on sales and production
• Create presentations with mock-ups required for activations, research and reporting
• Support the Sales Team with customer service and organising events
• Maintain and in-depth knowledge of the film industry and upcoming releases
• Develop relationships with internal teams, clients and exhibitors
• General administration, organisation and responses to enquiries
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Media or Communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Personal style characterised by collaboration, confidence and self-motivation
• A proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in a media or customer service environment is beneficial
